Most pain has history. Posture, old injuries, stress that found a place in the shoulders and stayed.
I work with the whole person, not just the sore spot, blending deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, and guided breath. We talk before we start, I move at a pace your body can actually meet, and I check in as we go, offering options and letting you know how much time remains.
You don't need to be in pain to book. Plenty of people come simply because they want to feel good, and that's reason enough. Either way, the session time is yours. Tell me what you need and I will happily honor it; more pressure, less, more time in one place, whatever makes it a fantastic massage for you. You should never have to brace, stay quiet, or hope I notice.
I've trained across a range of bodywork modalities and I'm currently a student in the Somatic Experiencing program, work that's shown me how much chronic tension is protection, and how much faster it softens once the body feels met instead of pushed.
Come tired, guarded, aching, or just wanting to feel amazing. All bodies are welcome here.
“Osha is an incredibly gifted massage therapist who brings deep presence and attunement to every session. His technical skill is matched by his ability to create a grounded, centered space, making it easy for me to drop in and truly receive the work. Each time I see him, I leave feeling not only physically restored but also more connected to myself, his own depth of personal work shines through in the care he offers.”
“Osha’s massages are unlike any I’ve experienced. His thoughtful integration of movement and breathwork helps release tension on a deeper level, and I consistently leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for truly exceptional bodywork.”
“My massage with Osha was magical. He’s not overselling himself when he speaks of nervous system entrainment. It was such a gift to receive touch and presence from him which enabled me to drop in to some of the deepest states of relaxation I’ve experienced in a while.”
“I recently found myself on Osha’s table and experience for me was more like a journey through time with an old friend - even though we had just met! We had so much fun flowing back and forth between engaging relatable life stories and working together with my body and my breath through his skillful touch. Every interaction that I’ve had with Osha on and off the table has been an invitation to relax, down-regulate, and connect in a field of safety and loving kindness. Highly recommend.”
Sessions
60 Minute Massage
$140
Focused work on one or two areas. Good if you have a specific complaint, a neck and shoulders pattern, or a limited window of time. 60 minutes of hands on time, as well as time before for intake and time after for integration.
90 Minute Massage

The session I recommend most. Enough time to settle your system first, full body massage, and still address what comes up along the way. 90 minutes of hands on time, as well as time before for intake and time after for integration.
120 Minute Massage
$220
Full body, unhurried. Best if you're carrying chronic or long-held tension, or you'd simply like more time for areas of focus and deeper release to unfold. 120 minutes of hands on time, as well as time before for intake and time after for integration.
