Who is Osha?

I absolutely love guiding people on transformative journeys. This may take the form of an expressive dance journey as a DJ and facilitator, or a deep inner journey as a massage therapist and somatic therapy practitioner. I find great fulfillment in supporting others through these experiences.

For more than twenty years, I have cultivated a daily practice of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. I consider myself a lifelong student, continually learning both in the classroom and through the lived experience of daily life. I began my massage training in 2017 with Thai massage studies in Thailand and graduated from massage school in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2020. That same year, I completed training in Structural Integration, also known as Rolfing, at the University of New Mexico in Taos.

I am currently a student of Somatic Experiencing and integrate nervous system awareness and regulation into my sessions. In 2017, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. Over the years, I have assisted with young men’s wilderness rites of passage, participated in men’s groups since 2013, and even founded several of my own. As an adult, I have attended countless workshops focused on self-inquiry, healing, shadow work and self love just to name a few.

Dance has been a central spiritual and embodiment practice for me. I have attended ecstatic dance weekly for over twelve years and have been DJing for the past five years. This practice has enriched my life beyond measure and connected me with communities far and wide.

I am passionate about travel and cultural exchange, having lived in Ecuador for more than two years. Previously, I worked as a chef, caregiver, and gardener. Above all, I am deeply committed to healing; for myself, for others, and for the planet as a whole.
